January 29-31, 1971 / Paris trip: This is a view from the 2nd level. Because it was winter, the very very much higher 3rd level was closed. I'm still not sure if that's because there's not as many tourists in Paris that time of year, or it was typically windier and therefore more dangerous to be way up there.
